"Purchase of police vehicles worth Php1.9Billion. The bidding was rigged in favor of an Indian auto company Mahindra. This deal was done during the time of DILG Secretary Mar Roxas who had direct supervision over the PNP which acquired the vehicles." he wrote in his statement.

Ramasola also said the patrol vehicles were not fit for use in police operations due to frequent breakdowns, poor after sales services and limited availability of spare parts.

"The vehicles are underpowered which makes it difficult for police to chase after criminals. After-sales spare parts and service support are poor and expensive." he added.

The plates until now are stuck at the Manila harbor. Millions of vehicle owners (including yours truly) paid for the plates many years ago but until now we are still waiting in vain." he said.

He ended his post in giving a sort of awareness to people on the above mentioned multi-billion worth of controversial projects by these "decent politicians" of the past Aquino administration pointing that their political party, Liberal Party has presented their senatorial slate in the upcoming 2019 midterm elections thus urging Filipinos to vote wisely.

"Will you support them in the upcoming elections? Or should we instead work together to bring them to jail?" Ramasola asked.

"The choice is yours." he added.

Ramasola's full Facebook post reads:

Six Anomalous Projects of the Past Administration

1. Purchase of police vehicles worth Php1.9Billion. The bidding was rigged in favor of an Indian auto company Mahindra. The vehicles are underpowered which makes it difficult for police to chase after criminals. After-sales spare parts and service support are poor and expensive. This deal was done during the time of DILG Secretary Mar Roxas who had direct supervision over the PNP which acquired the vehicles.

2. Acquisition of Php1.4Billion worth of police combat gears such as ponchos and rifle grenades which were undelivered by the supplier. This deal happened during the time of PNP Chief Alan Purisma under the direct supervision of DILG Secretary Mar Roxas.

3. Car license plates deal worth Php3.8Billion. The project bidding was rigged and awarded to an undercapitalized Dutch company which failed to pay the import duties. The plates until now are stuck at the Manila harbor. Millions of vehicle owners (including yours truly) paid for the plates many years ago but until now we are still waiting in vain.

4. Purchase of Dalian trains from China for the MRT expansion worth Php3.8Billion. The trains were overweight and had different dimensions which did not fit into existing rails. This deal happened during the time of DOTr Secretary Jun Abaya. Current Secretary Art Tugade ordered Dalian to redo the trains and as of the time of this writing, a few Dalian trains are slowly being deployed in MRT3. Former MRT General Manager Al Vitangcol alleged that Php190Million in bribe money was paid to some government officials.

5. Php3.5Billion purchase of dengvaxia vaccines. The overpriced vaccines from Sanofi did not have an FDA approval.

Clinical tests were not yet completed. And yet Secretary of Health Janet Garin facilitated the immunization of the 80,000 students who have no prior dengue infection and as a result, their lives have been put in severe danger. In fact hundreds of students have already died due to various causes.

6. Construction of barangay health stations in public schools. The project worth Php8.1 Billion was awarded to an obscure local construction company. Funds were released in time for the 2016 elections but until now the contractor have failed to deliver on the project.

Given the above achievements by these decent politicians from the Liberal Party, will you support them in the upcoming elections? Or should we instead work together to bring them to jail?
The choice is yours.
Vote wisely.
