#NewYorkTimes said of CJ Sereno in an article by Felipe Villamor dated 2 March 2018: “She Stood Up to Duterte. Now She Faces Impeachment.”

CJ Corona stood up to Aquino II on Hacienda Luisita and he was impeached on one ground: he forgot to declare an entry in his SALN.

Please note #NewYorkTimes, by a vote of 14-0, the Supreme Court ordered on 22 Nov 2011, the distribution of land to farm workers of Hacienda Luisita, an estate owned by the family of President Benigno Aquino III. The cases you mentioned where CJ Sereno stood up were cases she voted with the minority. You don’t see the diff?

Tell me #NewYorkTimes did you review that event? How the House railroaded and how the House used all possible means to substantiate their grounds? Only to withdraw each ground because it cannot stand the legal test.

Tell me #NewYorkTimes did you review how the votes of impeachment were made and why a former Senate President, a Senate ProTempore and a Senator were placed under custody because of allegations of pork misuse right after the impeachment vote?

Hey, if it was all because of Duterte, how come the SC EnBanc voted 13 for her to go on an indefinite leave?
