Prominent Lawyer to Bam Aquino: Do you miss the time of PNoy where the rich get richer?

Attorney Trixie Cruz-Angeles took a hit to Senator Bam Aquino who criticized President Rodrigo Duterte’s Anti-Tambay law.

The Anti-Tambay law allows police and authorities to detain individuals who “loiter” at nights in the streets. Many Filipinos have been wrongly detained under the policy for simply being outside their house or their friend’s house talking.

Aquino said that the Anti-Tambay law specifically targets the poor who are defenseless and vulnerable.

He said that most of these people who are out on the streets at night can just be immediately tagged as criminals even if they are not doing anything illegal.

To this, Angeles chose to reply sarcastically, saying that the president indeed targets the poor, but in methods of giving free tertiary education, allowing to import rice from other countries despite local farming in order to give those rice to the poor, and fixing the LRT and MRTs in order for those who cannot afford private transportation to utilize these services of the government.

Angeles went on to say that Aquino, along with the liberals go out of their way to discount the Duterte.

She alleges that all these are plots to over throw the government and have Vice President Leonor “Leni” Robredo take his place, very much like what happened to dictator Ferdinand Marcos and late President Corazon “Cory” Aquino, she says.

Ending the post, she said that what Duterte wants is a comfortable life for every Filipino, not the time of President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino Jr., where she alleges that the rich only became richer.

But wait. Tutoo ba ito?

Tutoo!

Tutoong parating tinatarget ng pangulo ang mahihirap. Kaya nga may free tertiary education at fertiary education subsidies.

#AComfortableLifeForAll is for ALL, pero pinakaramdam naming mga middle class at pababa.
