A netizen on Facebook criticized an anonymous woman who was complaining about the government, but was herself, violating the rules by smoking publicly, outside a place of worship.

Khlevin Dannielle Oliveros Yambao posted about the incident, including a picture of the woman putting the cigarette on her mouth, on July 25 at 3:17 AM.

He quoted the woman as saying, "Dapat kasi kay Duterte eh patalsikin" while throwing her cigarette butt on a public area (Church) where a sign reads "No Smoking"

"I love how most of the Filipinos proactively blame the Administration about their shitty life but never did help to improve the country," said Yambao.

The woman was criticizing President Rodrigo Duterte, who had just delivered his State of the Nation address days before she made the statement.

The woman was left unnamed, and her face blurred in the photo .
Yambao said that the mentality of Filipinos to wait on government leaders to fix the the nation should be overturned.

"Kahit sinong Bayani o Santo ang iupo n'yo 'dyan walang mangyayari kung iaasa niyo sa kanila yang mga buhay niyo. Changes starts from within. Hindi Federalismo and problema, TAYOmismo," he said.

Yambao added that he made the post without favor to any political party, making the hashtag "#NotProOfAnyone".

In Duterte's speech, he highlighted his war against drugs, the Bangsamoro law now signed, recognized the heroes of the Marawi siege, among among others.

He warned that his administration's war on drugs would remain relentless, and that irresponsible miners and rice cartels would suffer consequences if they don't shape up. Citing his order to close tourist destination Boaracay to rehabilitate its environment, he told local government executives not to make him do their job

Duterte signed the landmark Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) on Thursday, July 26.

The law replaces the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) with the new Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, which would have greater fiscal autonomy, a regional government, parliament, and justice system.
