The reason of termination is due to alleged misuse of P15 million worth of cadets' allowances.

"Create a court where he will appear before his peers and give him the most humiliating. I fired them all," Duterte said.

The said PMA comptroller was Hector Marana who had been on floating status before Duterte signed the dismissal order.

Duterte said Marana had committed fraud against government, conduct unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman, and conduct prejudicial to good order and discipline.

"Send the guy to hell. That's an order," he said.

Just the other, Duterte had also ordered the dismissal of 20 military officials at the V. Luna Medical Center. Marana is the latest member of the military dismissed by Duterte over corruption.
