Known to be fearless in speaking his mind over various national issues, veteran broadcaster and former TV host, Jay Sonza, once again fires his powerful insight regarding the most controversial senate hearing on electoral reforms that happened the other day, July 31, 2018.

On his recent Facebook post, Sir Sonza wrote a witty sarcastic remark saying that there will be no more debate since Leni Robredo indeed won the Vice Presidential post last 2016 elections, but stressing, that she won on May 8, 2016, the day before the exact date of the national poll.

Based on the reports of the recent senate hearing, as early as May 8, there was already a transmission of data happening in Bicol areas, but it has been said that questions remain unanswered by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on the alleged irregularities in the 2016 national elections during the Senate inquiry.

With that being said, many netizens showed their dismay and were disappointed with the Comelec's betrayal of public trust.

One of which is the veteran journo, Mr Sonza, who with a heavy sarcasm, slammed the agency and Vice President Leni Robredo and said that Comelec and Smartmatic itself have confirmed that the machines voted and sent results to the main server at the National Headquarters on May 8.

Likewise, he said scornfully, that there is really no doubt that Robredo did get the votes way ahead of the actual scheduled election day.

However and ironically, the 2016 National Elections in the country did not happen on May 8, 2016.

"No more debate. talagang nanalo si leni robredo as vice president sa halalan noong MAY 8, 2016, ILANG ARAW BAGO ANG TOTOHANAN HALALANG PAMBANSA. Inuulit ko, May 8, 2016 elections po. Yes, in the May 8, 2016 elections.

She did get the votes way ahead of the actual scheduled election day.

THE 2016 NATIONAL ELECTIONS IN THE PHILIPPINES DID NOT HAPPEN ON MAY 8, 2016."
