Veteran broadcaster and former TV host, Jay Sonza, once again took to social media to bestow an extremely striking insight about how the critics of the administration perceived and comprehend the recent Memorandum of understanding (MOU) that was signed by the Philippines and China amid the Chinese President Xi Jinping’s state visit in the country.

Sonza, who is patent for being dauntless in speaking his mind over different national and political issues, posted in Facebook and expressed his dismay to the people in the opposition, critics, politicians and media who are according to him are futile and paranoid for allegedly not getting the real point and purpose behind the Chinese President's visit.

The veteran journo likewise interpreted the MOU between the two countries where assertedly involves cooperation on oil and gas development in Scarborough Shoal in the West Philippine Sea.

He then elucidated what could have been the conversation between the two nations.

"sinasabing may langis sa wps o scs.
Pinas - ito ang sabi
China - ganoon ba
Pinas at China - sige usap tayo.
Pinas - ok ka ba mag-usap tayo kaibigan tungkol dito.
China - sige usap tayo kaibigan tungkol diyan
sige gawa tayo kasunduan na mag-usap tayo, tapos pirmahan natin ha.", Sonza wrote.

Sonza then made clear that it was indeed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that was signed by the two leaders and not Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) that others are actually speculating.

"MOU at hindi JVA o joint venture agreement ang nilagdaan.", he said.

The former TV host further clarified that JVA between two or more parties ought to be thoroughly studied and will take months or years before completion.

"FYI. ang mga JVA sa pagitan ng dalawa o higit pang partido ay inaaral ng lubusan at umaabot ng mga buwan o taon bago mabuo.", Sonza added.

memorandum of understanding - katibayan ng pagkakaintindihan o pagkakaunawaan.

sinasabing may langis sa wps o scs.
Pinas - ito ang sabi
China - ganoon ba
Pinas at China - sige usap tayo.
Pinas - ok ka ba mag-usap tayo kaibigan tungkol dito.
China - sige usap tayo kaibigan tungkol diyan

iyan ang memorandum of understanding o MOU.
