A vendor in Baclaran was caught on video, violently threatening his customers after the latter approached him to return merchandise they previously purchased from him.

The said video was taken by the customers themselves who later on shared it on social media for "awareness (and) not to insult the people behind this scene."

According to Mark Jhoper Martinez in the  said video that went viral, he went for shopping in Baclaran with his cousin for a specific pair of shoes which were only available in the said vendor's store.

The vendor remains unnamed.

The netizen claimed that the sole reason why they went back to the shop was simply to return the shoes and exchange it for the color that they previously agreed on.

"To make the long story short bumalik kame para ipapalit lang naman yung isang sapatos kasi nga ibang kulay ung binigay tapos ito pa ginawa sakin? hindi namin sya sinisigawan pinipilit nya ksi sa video na sinigawan namin sya kahit hindi naman. Pinagpipilitan nya pa kasing parehas daw ng kulay kahit di naman," she said.
As a result of their request, he said that the vendor suddenly acted up in rage.

The video shows the man laying his hand on the netizen's face, in a threatening manner.

Martinez said that they only wanted an exchange, and not even a refund.

He alleged that despite the vendor's knowledge that he did not have any stock, he still sold it to the customers.

He said that they talked properly to the vendor, and left a message for him.

"MAAYOS PAKIKIPAGUSAP NAMIN SAYO GUILTY KA LANG KAYA NAGWALA KA," he said.

He also warned the public to be vigilant in shopping, and to check their purchases well.
