That is the common reaction of Overseas Filipino Workers working abroad in case they are helping other OFWs.

In a report, a Filipino cab driver was supposed to help a fellow OFW escaped from their employers who are allegedly being maltreated.

This year, a video went rounds online when OFWs are being rescued by Philippine Embassy staff from their Kuwaiti employers which was said to be a violation of its sovereignty and "inappropriate behavior."

The investigation is on-going and according to the story of the OFW who was accused of helping fellow OFWs and in now in trouble said he was just helping his fellow OFW and he did nothing wrong.

"Hinding-hindi talaga ako natatakot. Wala naman ako tinatago na iligal. Wala namang problema basta 'yung kababayan natin natulungan ko lang," Fuentes said.

The report said Jelamar Fuentes was using his Facebook account, "Dave," to get in touch with other Filipino workers. In one of the chat messages, an OFW was asking Fuentes to pick her up and help her escape.

The OFW gave her address to Fuentes and promised to pay him for helping her.

Fuentes, who is now under the custody of the Office of the Domestic Welfare Affairs, believes that he did not do anything wrong as he just wanted to help his fellow workers abroad.
