Tulfo's ACT-CIS claims Sec. Puyat fed Duterte false info about Pulong

After the Deputy Speaker and Davao City Cong. Paolo Duterte shocked the public on his rift versus the Department of Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo Puyat, another person comes in to back the presidential son's claim.

This, after the Tulfo-led party list group said the Tourism Chief supposedly provided malicious information to President Rodrigo Duterte about his eldest son's activity, at least according to ACT-CIS's Cong. Eric Go Yap.

“Kung ang Deputy Speaker na anak ng Pangulo ay nagawa ninyong isumbong at batuhin ng mga maling paratang, paano na lang ang ibang mga mambabatas na walang direktang access sa Pangulo? Paano ang mga ordinaryong kawani ng pamahalaan?” Yap told Puyat.

Further, Cong. Yap said Rep. Duterte's interest over the alleged mismanagement of the Tourism Secretary was alarming.

“Nakakaalarma ang mga pahayag ng ating Deputy Speaker Paolo Duterte tungkol sa napapabalitang nakakadismayang pamamalakad ni Tourism Secretary Berna Romulo Puyat,” said Yap.

“Secretary Puyat, sana manatiling nakatapak ang mga paa mo sa lupa at buksan mo ang mga mata at tenga mo sa mga issues na may kinalaman sa iyong ahensiyang pinamumunuan,” he added.

ACT-CIS party-list group is supported by both Erwin and Raffy Tulfo who are brothers of the former Tourism Chief Wanda Tulfo-Teo.

Teo was Puyat's predecessor who was forced to resign due to the controversy she was involved in.
