'Stop this kind of modus!', Netizen tahasang kinall-out ang kilalang Super Market dahil umano sa panloloko




Marami sa mga iilang mga Pinoy ang mas pinipiling mamili at gawin ang kanilang pago-grocery sa mga malalaki at kilalang mga supermarkets at grocery stores dito sa bansa, hindi lang dahil sa mas convenient mamili dito, mas kumpleto na rin halos lahat ang mga kinakailangan ng mga tao na talagang wala ka ng hahanapin pa. 


Sa pag-aakalang siguradong tama lahat ang presyo ng mga bilihin dito at walang halong panloloko ay talaga namang pinipilahan ng mga mamimili. Ngunit may mga reklamo narin laban sa mga iilang mga malalaking tindahan ng di umano'y 'modus' pagdating sa presyo ng kanilang mga produkto. 



Katulad nalang sa naging karanasan ni Ace SCruz na tahasang kino-call-out ang pamunuan ng SM Super Market dahil umano'y klase ng 'modus' na hindi lamang siya ang biktima kundi ranas din umano ito ng iba pang mga konsumador nila. 



"Dear SM Super Market, Especially the SM City Clark supermarket. Stop this kind of modus!" saad ni Ace.


Iniriklamo ni Ace ang mali at magkaibang presyo na nakalagay sa produkto na kanyang binili sa presyo na binayaran niya na mas mataas na pagdating cashier counter at sa resibo. 


Ikinagulat din umano niya ang parang natural na at tila alam na ng mga cashiers at ng kanilang customer service ang ganitong mga transakyon. Ni hindi rin umano siya nakarinig kahit isang paumanhin mula sa pamunuan ng nasabing supermarket na nakausap niya sa kanyang reklamo. 





"They are not even shocked to hear my dispute and they do not seem to urgently address and correct the issue," 

 

Ibinalik naman daw sa kanya ang sobra sa kanyang ibinayad ngunit pag-aalala niya dahil wala naman umano silang ginawa hinggil sa mali at magkaibang presyo.  


It's a good thing that they refunded me the discrepancy although hesitantly however, they DID NOT apologize and they did NOTHING about the wrong pricing on their systems. 





Pinagbawalan pa umano siya ng isang Manager na kuhanan ng larawan ang resibong natanggap niya sa kanyang mga pinamili. 


"It's also questionable that your customer service manager said that I cannot take a picture of my grocery items and receipt. I paid for it already so I can do whatever I want with it,"


Nang dahil sa kanyang ibinunyag, marami siyang mga natanggap ng mga mensahe na may parehas na reklamo sa kanya. 


"I received a lot of messages from friends and even people I don't know telling me that they too had the same experience even after this post,"



"It's sad that there are a lot of people who have experienced the same problem but they don't raise the issue thinking that it is just a glitch in the system as what they were advised,"


Nakatanggap rin si Ace ng tawag mula sa Store Manager ng SM Super Market upang humingi ng paumanhin sa nangyari at siniguradong binigyan na nila ng kaukulang aksyon ang kanyang reklamo.   


Upang makasiguradong tama lahat ng presyo na iyong binayaran, ugaliing suriin muna ng mabuti at i-review ang resibong natanggap bago umalis.

Especially the SM City Clark supermarket. Stop this kind of modus! Seems like your cashiers/customer service personnel are aware and trained to say that the systems are not updated that is why there is a discrepancy on the receipt prices when it comes to paying at the counter. They are not even shocked to hear my dispute and they do not seem to urgently address and correct the issue. 


It's also questionable that your customer service manager said that I cannot take a picture of my grocery items and receipt. I paid for it already so I can do whatever I want with it.

UPDATE: March 13, 2022 


One of the store managers contacted me via facebook regarding this post and asked for my contact number. They called to apolgize and to let me know how they have dealt with the issue. They said that they pulled out 2 weighing scales that do not have the updated prices from their POS. How disappointing! I told them that the problem is NOT only with the products being weighed but with almost all of the items on their shelves as well. It's such a hassle to go back to the shelves to check the prices again just to prove that there is a price discrepancy everytime the bill blows up suddenly at the counter. 


Update: March 14  2022

Someone texted me apparently from SM City Clark Supermarket requesting me to delete this post. I hope SM understands that this post is for awareness and also to encourage all the consumers out there to be wary of what they are paying for and to always check their receipts at all times coz these unfair practices usually get unnoticed. 


It's sad that there are a lot of people who have experienced the same problem but they don't raise the issue thinking that it is just a glitch in the system as what they were advised. 


I hope SM will further look into this matter to ensure that this won't happen again. As consumers it is our right to have a fair and honest pricing for every product we pay for. After all, it is our hard earned money.
