Silicon dioxide is composed of silicon and oxygen- the two abundant elements that can be found in the earth’s crust either in crystal or non-crystal form. It may not be dangerous to people but when it is grilled to dust and inhaled by an individual, it can greatly affect one’s health.
Damaging Effects of Silicon Dioxide
Crystallized silica is categorized as a human lung carcinogen. If inhaled, it can develop to lung c4nc3r. It can lead to lung inflammation, bronchitis, silicosis, canc3r to the lungs, or systematic autoimmune disease. The silicosis, in particular, is the most damaging effect that one can attain. When exposed to silica for a longer period of time, it can hinder in the forming of scar tissue and cause the lungs to reduce taking oxygen. Silicosis has no cure and could be fatal.
Refrain From Eating Instant Noodles
Eating processed noodles can also cause an increase in blood pressure, inflammation, dizziness, kidney failure, and abnormal weight gain. Experts and medical practitioners highly advise to refrain or limit eating instant noodles to avoid its harmful effects and damages to one’s health.
