Blockbuster comedian Vice Ganda was no holds barred when he reacted on Sen. Sotto's remarks opposing SOGIE Bill.

This, after Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III, an ally of Pres. Rodrigo Duterte who is supportive of the LGBT community, expressed his contradictory stance on the controversial bill, saying a man "will never be a woman".

In a statement, Sotto argued that "If you are a man, you will never be a woman no matter what you do because you cannot reproduce," adding "You cannot give birth, you do not have ovaries. You will never be a woman. The Sogie bill is a bill against women’s rights… It’s class legislation."

Sotto's derogatory comment on the push for SOGIE Bill or Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression Bill caused the ABS-CBN artist to retaliate and stand up for his tribe.

Posting the picture of Sotto reflecting his stand versus the bill, Vice Ganda fearlessly captioned his Instagram post with his strong disagreement on the Senate President.

"Joke po ba ito Hon. Senate President Tito Sotto ???" Vice Ganda started.

The Praybeyt Benjamin star hit back at the senator's opinion by directly citing what Sen. Sotto recently emphasized as something that would hinder a man from becoming a woman regardless of his physical transformation.

Ano na sila?" the comedian asked.

The Showtime host's sarcastic questioning implied that the senator seemingly see women so low, given his previous pronouncements versus SOGIE Bill.

Vice Ganda exclaimed.

According to him, a woman is a woman not because of her ability to reproduce.

Explaining his point of view, Vice said: "Naniniwala po ako na ang mga BABAE ay BABAE di dahil sa obaryo at sa kakayahang bumukaka at umire. Sila ay BABAE dahil sila ay BABAE. At MAY HALAGA sila may matris man o wala, magbuntis man o hindi, may anak man o wala dahil sila ay ay TAO at sila ay BABAE."

He likewise noted that the senator's move was a poor attempt to downplay the concept of being a transgender at the expense of what the senator himself called "real women".

"Sinubukan ninyong maliitin ang konsepto ng pagiging TRANSGENDER sa paraang tinapakan nyo rin ang dignidad ng mga tinatawag nyong TOTOONG BABAE." he said.

"Paumanhin po HON. SENATE PRESIDENT Sotto. Pero i believe this statement is just not fair." Vice added.

In conclusion, the famous comedian indirectly lambasted Sotto by capping off his Instagram post with a powerful conviction: "There are people who pretend to be FEMINISTS to hide their being MISOGYNISTS."
